Len Koogler, a native of Dayton, Ohio. I have 3 children & have been Clermont County residents for many years. Active both within my community & Industry, was named Ohio's Realtor of the Year in 1993 & in 1997 was named Small Business Person of the Year by Clermont County Chamber of Commerce.

My goal for the past 39 years in the real estate business is to be the only realtor you'll ever need for life. I have educated myself and performed sales in all areas of real estate from land sales, new construction, existing homes, farm sales, timber sales, industrial sales and leasing, retail sales & leasing and site selection for companies.  I am licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.

I have been successful in completing over 2000+ sales. I am a skilled negotiator and do not believe in quitting until the assignment is complete.
